Job Purpose Manage a diverse portfolio of clients, working closely with Audit Directors and Senior Managers to ensure service excellence
Schedule appropriate staff to conduct audit assignments
Plan audit engagements, lead onsite teams and manage fieldwork
Preparation of accounts and tax computations
Set budgets and negotiate fees with clients
Be a go-to advisor for clients, building professional relationships and adopting a proactive approach to problem solving
Oversee junior team members, including managing workflow, reviewing work, and identifying training opportunities
Play an active role in business development by attending network events
Identify and implement processes to improve the efficiency of the audit function

Experience leading external audits from planning to completion
Good understanding of UK GAAP
Previous client facing experience with good relationship building skills

Good time management and a positive, can-do attitude
A team player who is eager to support the wider team
Strong communication skills, both written and verbally
