Alexander Steele are on the lookout for a driven Retail Area Manager to join a retailer in fife. The position consists of managing and developing the stores across Fife and surrounding Areas.
Roles and Responsibilities
· Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple retail stores.
· Ensure stores maintain a high standard of visual merchandising, cleanliness, and organisation.
· Monitor Inventory levels, stock rotation, and replenishment to prevent any unexpected situations.
· Ensure sales targets, KPI’s and other performance metrics are met and passed down through store managers.
· The position requires a hands on and driven person who can lead the stores by example and get stuck in when required.
· Implement strategies to improve sales and profitability.
· Promote and maintain a culture of exceptional customer service among store employees to ensure customer satisfaction.
On Offer
· Salary: circa £35,000 (depending on experience)
· Company car.
· Bonus Scheme
· Monday to Friday – Office hours
