Key Responsibilities: Provide key support and care to clients within the designated service.Offer personal care assistance to identified clients.Play an active role in assessing and managing client risk in a calm and clear manner.Manage client meetings and facilitate the involvement of Client Inclusion and Training representatives.Ensure adherence to policies and procedures regarding medication management within the facility.Assist in managing the referral process to achieve agreed occupancy levels within the service.A satisfactory enhanced DBS and Adults Barred List check are required for this role, and job offers are subject to the Trust receiving satisfactory evidence of the successful applicant’s right to work in the UK.
