The role of Corporate Finance Assistant Manager is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Corporate Finance professional looking to grow and develop their career. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in an Advisory setting.
On Offer
The position of Corporate Finance Assistant Manager has arisen based in Edinburgh and is paying a salary of between £48,000 - £53,000.
Day to day you will be responsible for;
Preparing forecasts and models
Assisting in the preparation of business plans
Conducting research on the specific industries/markets and identifying potential businesses of interest
Working closely with Directors/Partners
Liaising with clients, lawyers and other intermediaries
Working in conjunction with Financial/Managing Directors of some of the leading businesses in Scotland
Building relationships with key clients
Assisting in the restructuring of client’s capital
Preparing documentation to convey client’s strategic plans
Advising clients of appropriate action
Supporting Senior Management in client meetings
To be considered for the role you will ideally have;
Qualified in ACCA/ICAS or equivalent
Be confident and comfortable in dealing with clients
A desire to build your network
Ability to work to strict deadlines
Be calm under pressure
Excellent excel skills
