WHAT YOU WILL WANT TO KNOW
Up to £34,000 DOE
Monday to Friday
35 hours per week
A SNAPSHOT OF THE CONVEYANCER'S DAY
- Prepare and review legal documents related to property transactions, including contracts, deeds, and mortgage documents- Conduct title searches and investigate property ownership history- Coordinate with clients, real estate agents, lenders, and other parties involved in the transaction process- Deal with residential conveyancing transactions from start to finish- Deal with different types of property tranasctions including freehold, leasehold, new build, shared ownership to name a few- Work with the senior conveyancer to achieve the financial target set for the year- Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and submitted on time- Calculate and verify financial figures such as taxes, fees, and mortgage payments- Attend closings to ensure all documents are properly executed and funds are disbursed accordingly- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and client information- Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations pertaining to property transactions

- Proven experience as a Conveyancer or similar role- Strong knowledge of property laws and regulations- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively- Proficient in using IT systems for document management and research purposes- Exceptional organizational skills with great attention to detail- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders
