One of my best clients is searching for a new Marketing Executive to help grow the marketing departments. My client is searching for a Marketing Executive to join their marketing department and carry out a broad range of physical and digital marketing activities. Job Responsibilities:
Stakeholder Relationship Management:
Develop and nurture relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
Collaborate with media vendors and publishers for successful promotional activities.
Brand Awareness and Development:
Enhance brand awareness.
Communicate with target audiences to build and develop strong customer relationships.
Advertising and Editorial Content:
Identify and secure suitable publications for promotions.
Ensure advertisements and editorial content align with brand standards.
Write and proofread editorial copy for online and print campaigns.
Content Creation and Case Studies:
Identify and write content for Case Studies, and publish accordingly.
Organise promotional shoots with external photographers, videographers, and printers.
Produce creative in-house content, including images, videos, and blog posts.
Social Media and Digital Engagement:
Regularly post on social media channels (e.g., Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn) to enhance audience engagement.
Monitor and analyse marketing campaign progress using Google Analytics and other metrics, and report on performance.
Marketing Collateral Management:
Maintain and update printed marketing materials, ensuring necessary amendments and adequate stock levels.
Arrange the effective distribution of printed postal marketing materials, such as brochures.
Event Coordination:
Identify suitable exhibitions and trade shows, manage bookings, and ensure the stand and collateral align with brand standards.
Database and CRM Management:
Maintain and update customer database spreadsheets and CRM systems.
Team Collaboration:
Participate in brainstorming and strategy planning sessions with the marketing team.
Budget and KPI Management:
Track budgets and manage KPI reporting to ensure financial and strategic goals are met.
Job Requirements:
At least 1 year's commercial experience within a marketing position.
A marketing degree or equivalent marketing qualification is desirable.
Strong Organisational and Interpersonal Skills are highly valued.
Digital Marketing experience is a critical aspect of this role:
