New role! Our client is a leading technology company based in Hertfordshire, specializing in managed services to company's across the UK. We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Service Desk Team Leader to join our team. If you have a passion for technology, excellent leadership skills, and expertise in Azure and Windows environments, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Reporting to the ServiceDesk Manager, you will lead and manage a team of service desk analysts, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
Provide technical guidance and support to team members.
Oversee incident management, problem resolution, and service requests.
Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless operations.
Maintain a high level of client service, ensuring accurate and timely responses.
Identify service trends and implement process improvements.
Conduct training sessions for service desk analysts.
Ensure service delivery meets SLAs.
Requirements:
Technical Skills: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Windows environments, including Windows 10/11.
Experience supporting O365, Exchange, Azure, and Active Directory.
Familiarity with Microsoft Intune Device Management and Azure AD.
Azure fundamentals or Azure Administration certifications preferred.
Leadership Skills: Proven experience in team management or team lead roles.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills.
Ability to lead by example and inspire team members.
Education: A-Level or equivalent (preferred).
