What youll do

Our Sales coordinator is the key person bonding the sales team together by way of collating tasks and being entrusted with the overview and responsibility of them ensuring all team members are kept abreast of developments

Support all members of the Proactive Sales team with administrative responsibilities

Ability to handle basic client requests in absence of Proactive team member

Support with sales trip planning

Liaise with all departments within the Hotels

Assist with all elements of familiarisation trip/client entertainment planning and communication

Complete all complimentary/special rate stay requests and follow through with all internal arrangements required
