Salary: £42,000 - £46,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Working Hours: 13.30 - 22.00
Days of Work: Tuesday - Saturday

The Role:
You will maintain and manage the materials supply function for the organisation with experience in working within a fast paced environment.
You will lead and motivate the teams and drive both individual and functional performance and material efficiency.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Pro-actively managing Health & Safety
* Leading and driving standards of quality, hygiene and housekeeping within your area through (G.M.P.)
* The recruitment of direct reports and an involvement in all staff recruitment within your area
* Review processes and drive continuous improvement within the team
* Ensure forecast is reviewed and updated.
* Review potential disposals and address root cause issues
* Engender an approach within the team that is production facing and that which would be expected from a support function.
