The Role As a Court of Protection Solicitor, you will act for attorneys, deputies, and trustees in managing vulnerable people and children’s affairs.Liaising with the Court of Protection and Office of the Public Guardian, you will ensure clients are as involved in the management of their affairs as possible and appropriate, including visiting them and their families. To ensure appropriate and affordable support is in place, you will liaise with family members, care homes, private care providers and case managers, amongst others, being proactive in reviewing and reassessing the assistance needed.
