Network Operations Manager – Up to £75,0000 – Remote Opportunity

Role:

As a Networks Operation Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Core Network, as well as providing exceptional services to customers. You will be leading a team of NOC Engineers, working with internal and external stakeholders, and overseeing the technical and operational aspect of the network.

Responsibilities:

Team Leadership : Provide strong leadership and guidance to the Network Operations Centre team, consisting of four members. This includes performance management, training, and professional development to ensure a high-performing and cohesive team.

Technical Ownership : Assume responsibility for the management of the core network infrastructure. Ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of the network to meet the needs of customers.

Operational Oversight : Oversee the day-to-day operations of the network, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident management. Implement best practices and processes to optimize network performance and uptime, ensuring high service levels for our customers.

Stakeholder Collaboration : Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, vendors, and partners, to procure equipment and services. Build and maintain strong relationships to ensure the timely delivery of services and resolution of issues, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Requirements:

Experience working with a Service Provider core or an MSP core

Proven leadership experience, and able to manage and support a team

Juniper fundamentals and a technical background

This role is a remote opportunity, with travel to Brighton on occasion.
