I am looking for a passionate and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager with Michelin star experience, to join the recently opened fine-dining restaurant in Mayfair that has already received outstanding reviews.
Priding themselves on their exceptional service, luxurious surroundings and exquisite food and wine offering; this is the opportunity to be a part of something very special.
You will work alongside the other Assistant Restaurant Manager, guiding the team and providing phenomenal service to each and every guest.
Set across four fantastic floors, with each level offering guests intimate dining experiences; and an already high-performing team - trust us...this is not one to be missed.
Key Responsibilities:
Offering the highest level of service at all times, to all guests.
Lead services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with team and guests.
Act as an ambassador for the restaurant.
People management and leadership.
Support compliance with all food safety, health and safety, and internal audits within the restaurant.
Ability to be flexible and adjust to high level customer demands.
Required Skills & Experience :
Proven experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager in a Michelin 1,2 or 3 star restaurant.
Pre-opening experience would be great, but not essential.
Ultimate understanding of 5* service.
Good team player, flexible and adaptable.
Strong organisation and management skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with members and staff.
