About the Role:
As a Senior Project Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in leading our construction and development initiatives. This is a rare opportunity for an ambitious project management or architectural professional to spearhead the successful delivery of a diverse range of hospitality projects across Europe and the USA.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead construction and development efforts, collaborating with external project teams as necessary.
Focus on current and future hotel projects, closely engaging with hotel teams and reporting to senior management.
Oversee all aspects of FF&E procurement, from tendering to signing off, while fostering strong supplier relationships.
Drive efficiency and quality throughout project delivery, actively maximizing time and cost benefits.
Manage post-completion issues and ensure projects are properly licensed and permitted.
Coordinate project activities, including budgeting, reporting, and risk mitigation strategies.
Nurture third-party supplier contacts and optimize project coordination and communication.
Support the development team in identifying new investment opportunities and optimizing space utilization.
Collaborate with colleagues to establish best practices in project management across the organization.
Requirements:
5-10 years' experience in delivering hospitality projects.
Strong understanding of the planning process and development implementation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and Project.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Diligent mindset with a keen eye for detail and commercial awareness.
Experience managing multiple projects and adapting to change.
Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
Preferred Qualifications:
MRICS/professional qualification experience (desirable).
CAD software skills or similar design software experience.
