End User Support Specialist

HAYWARD HAWK is delighted to be working alongside a well known cyber security firm looking for an End User Support Specialist to join their team.
Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional remote end-user and systems support.
Manage cases and queues using ServiceNow.
Communicate professionally with clients regarding their support needs.
Quickly resolve cases or escalate to appropriate teams.
Take ownership of cases and ensure client-confirmed resolutions.
Identify opportunities for task automation to improve efficiency.
Document support solutions and client environments.
Participate in assigned projects.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in end-user support.
Proficient in desktop and laptop hardware troubleshooting.
Strong expertise in Windows 10 and Microsoft Office support.
Basic server administration skills, particularly in Active Directory.
Dedicated to delivering outstanding client experiences.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Adaptable in a fast-changing technology environment.
Effective troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Collaborative team player with composure under pressure
Experience with Apple/Mac systems preferred.
Familiarity with ServiceNow and cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure and Intune.
