Position: Full-time, 35 hours, Mon - Fri 9am - 5pm

Location: St Ives, Cambridgeshire
Salary: £35,000 - £37,000 per annum
Day to Day of the role:
Deliver training and assessments to apprentices and existing plumbing and gas engineers.
Prepare and shape course curriculum.
Collaborate with a small, dedicated team of assessors to provide high-quality learning experiences.
Engage with students, supporting and encouraging them on their journey to becoming skilled professionals.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Fully qualified Level 3 Plumber/Gas Engineer with CCN1 and CENWAT
Excellent communication skills.
Good level of English, Maths, and IT.
Desire to continue professional development and obtain additional qualification.
Ability to manage own time effectively and work well as part of a team.
Full driving licence.
Desirable Skills:
Assessor Qualifications.
Previous experience working with apprentices.
