Executive Assistant

Position: Executive Assistant

Location: Central Oxford (no parking)

Salary: £32-38k

Start date: No later than the end of April 2024

Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week

Hybrid: 4 days in the office, 1 day at home

We are thrilled to be working with a prestigious organisation based in central Oxford who are seeking a truly special individual to support their top Executive. This is a brilliant opportunity to join an established, fast paced and collaborative team and put your stamp on the role.

What will the role involve?

Primary support to one Executive and daily collaboration with the Senior Leadership team

Complex diary management for one busy Executive to ensure that all deadlines are met

Meeting coordination including venue sourcing, agenda preparation, catering, document preparation, research and minute taking

Event management including one large annual dinner and smaller scale events throughout the year

Coordinating overseas visits including visas, itineraries and accommodation booking, ensuring value for money

Project management

Liaising with internal and external stakeholders over the phone, email, post and in person

Proofreading and fact checking documents

Undertaking basic research for meetings or projects and collating the information for the Executive
