Your Role:
As a Child Residential Support Worker, you'll:

Requirements:
To excel in this role, you should:
Have previous experience in a residential setting with young people.
Demonstrate flexibility and strong communication skills.
Be registered under the PVG scheme and hold a full driving license.
Possess or be working towards an SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
