As our next Processing & Distribution Senior Manager, Interim (12-month fixed term contract), you’ll be driving leadership and excellence in customer satisfaction and commercial performance. A leader of people who can instill trust in the team and create a culture of unity. This role is pivotal in ensuring the team is engaged, trained, and optimized to deliver on the set objectives.

The Key Requirements..

Operational excellence:-

Efficiency of operations Specific development of outbound operations to support future volume requirements (including revenue & cash)

Manpower planning and task allocations

Management of operations through accurate definition & adherence to KPIs

Operational liaison with distribution partners monitoring performance and improving service

Continuous improvement development& implementation of site processes to include but not limited to Dispatch and Goods Receiving

Non-warranty returns (picking/packing issues)/Lost Time Reduction

Management of customer feedback & reviews

Site management through Health/Safety & compliance, facilities & environmental

ERP & WMS Lead (operational deployment)

Culture & organisation:-

Develop Great Place to Work (GPTW) mentality and embedded AM Values into all processes

Skills & training for process excellence & mastery

Leadership to develop team motivation & accountability.

Process improvement & Governance

Cross-functional ways of working improvement across organisation & network.
