Responsibilities:
Execute culinary creations to the highest standards, reflecting the club's focus on sustainability, seasonality, and British-Mediterranean cuisine.
Collaborate closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chefs to maintain excellence in food quality, presentation, and taste.
Take ownership of your section in the kitchen, ensuring smooth and efficient operations during service.

Uphold rigorous health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
Requirements:
Demonstrable experience in high-end fresh kitchens, with a strong focus on British and Mediterranean cuisine.
Longevity and loyalty in previous roles, demonstrating dedication and passion for the culinary profession.
