Position Overview: They are currently looking for a dedicated Site Manager to oversee their project in Raynes Park, London. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all on-site activities, ensuring that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations on the construction site, including coordinating subcontractors, scheduling deliveries, and managing resources.
Ensure that all work is carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Monitor progress against the project schedule and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines.
