Partnering with clients and consulting companies on their hiring strategies
Negotiation with clients and securing retained and exclusive roles to recruit
Building long term relationships with companies and hiring managers
Networking with potential candidates
Headhunting the top tier candidates in your specialist industry
Securing interviews between clients and candidates
Securing offers and the best packages possible for your candidates
Placing candidates with companies and ensuring both parties receive an excellent service throughout the process from end-to-end
What experience do you need to become a Graduate Recruitment Consultant?
1:1 or 2:1 from Top 50 UK University
Work experience alongside studies (preferably internships, commercial experience or sales experience)
Track record of showing a good work ethic and mentality towards work (e.g. securing part-time paid work whilst studying or working long hours)
Achievements outside of academia (involved in sports, drama or other societies)
Confident, goal oriented and strong interpersonal/people skills
