Programme Analyst

This role will support the delivery, planning, reporting and coordination of Agratas Cell and Pack projects from an operations perspective.
As a Project Analyst you will be involved in a wide array of activities supporting the Programme Management team with the progression of daily activities including interacting with a large cross functional teams across multiple locations requesting updates, coordinating status and next steps. You actively seek to secure commitment for the topics requiring delivery from work streams at key project gateways.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Support the delivery of projects through utilisation of both Agile and waterfall techniques and toolsets
Ensure that stakeholders are on target according to programme plan
Develop and deliver program reporting mechanisms to ensure transparency to business
Collation of documentation from Weekly Governance meetings
Preparing agendas whilst ensuring prioritisation of topics and actions
Maintain programme schedules
Evaluate and implement lessons learned for continuous improvement
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project dependencies are delivered on time and aligned to stakeholder expectations.
Report and support mitigation of programme risk
Essential Experience
Ability to interface and communicate confidently at all levels internally and externally.
Project/Programme delivery experience.
Analytical mindset and the ability to drive data-based decision-making.
Excellent written & verbal communication skills with high attention to detail
Willingness to adapt in a fast moving, exciting and evolving environment.
Strong stakeholder management including ability to work collaboratively to support the wider business.
