The Role:
Develop and maintain online merchandising strategies across the Whittard websites.
Optimising product listings, imagery and descriptions to drive sales.
Using analytics to drive strategies and monitor customer behaviours and conversion rates.
Working alongside the Ecommerce Manager to continuously explore improvement opportunities.
Collaborate with the wider Ecommerce and Creative Team to develop product descriptions and media assets to enhance the online shopping experience.
About You:
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an Ecommerce role, preferably with a focus on product merchandising and analytics.
Proven experience in using online analytics tools to optimise sales and customer experience.
Knowledge of CMS/Ecommerce platforms.
Confident in understanding customer behaviour, ecommerce trends and merchandising best practices.
Understanding of HTML is desirable.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to communicate with internal and external partners.
