Working hours:
Monday - Friday
Alternative Saturdays with a day in lieu
The successful Sales Valuer will be offered:
Upto £27,000 Basic - depending on experience
£45,000 OTE
Car allowance
Diary full of hot leads
Brilliant and generous commission structure

Training and support
To be considered for the Sales Valuer role you must have:
Proven experience as a Sales Valuer - ideally 2 years
Basic IT skills
Be able to work well with others but able to work on your own
Strong customer service skills
A full UK driving licence for a vehicle
Ability to close business
Personable
Duties will include, but will not be limited to:
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients
Generating new business and repeat business
Marketing properties to buyers using IT skills
Closing business whilst on the valuation and over the phone
Negotiation on fee’s
Canvassing
