Skills Required To have at least four years of experience producing the management accounts for your organisation, including posting journals, depreciation's and completing reconciliations.

To have either managed or supervised a small accounting team, or to have a strong desire to take on this responsibility.

To have experience speaking with customers and suppliers, and to have dealt with difficult queries or to have de-escalated conflict with these stakeholders.

To be outgoing and personable, this role requires a confident individual who enjoys communicating with their colleagues and interacting with people. Personality is a big part of the organisation and their culture as the office is very welcoming.
