The day to day
Providing varied and comprehensive financial support to the operational team, ensuring financial transactions are processes and tracked accurately.
Ensuring financial records are kept compliant and producing financial reports as required, investigating and resolving any discrepancies.
Taking a pro-active approach, identifying issues in departmental procedures and streamlining to maximise efficiency.
Assisting with any other ad-hoc financial/administrative support.
You will have/be
Previous experience in an accounts/finance assistant role.
Strong attention to detail and a meticulous approach to tasks.
Self-motivated and ability to analyse the efficiency of policies and procedures.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
Strong IT skills and good working knowledge of Microsoft Office platforms, including Excel.
