Our Specialist Aerospace fabrication and welding client in Manchester is recruiting for a Quality Inspector to join their growing business on a permanent basis.
Preferred Skills
• Good understanding of the quality management systems (QMS) in either Aerospace/Automotive industry
• Understanding of AS9100 and FAIRS process
• ISO9001, ISO14001 and Nadcap experience preferred
• Experience of various inspection tools and the ability to understand inspection reports
• Ability to read and interpret 2D and 3D drawings
• Excellent customer facing skills with a proactive approach to problem solving
• Solid engineering background
• Experience of working to a quality management system
• Good understanding of Sheet Metal/welding/fabrication techniques
• Experience of sheet metal production is preferred
