We are working with a well-established Lexcel accredited, multi-office law firm, who are seeking an experienced Private Client / Wills and Probate Legal Assistant / Secretary to join their busy team based near to Warwick and Stratford upon Avon. Free parking is available.

The role will involve:
Assisting the Partner with all matters relating to Private Client work including estate administration, wills and LPA’s
Carrying out a range of administration duties pertaining to private client work
Liaising with clients by telephone, email and face to face
Keeping clients fully updated
Liaising with third party professionals
Progressing a busy workload, ensuring all matters are handled in a professional manner
Suitable candidates will have:
A minimum of 12 months' experience in a Private Client/Wills and Probate Department as a Private Client Paralegal or a Private Client Legal Assistant
Experience of dealing with wills, and processing LPA's
Excellent communication skills and a high degree of attention to detail
This is a full-time, permanent, office-based job, working 35 hours per week 9am to 5pm M-F.
