Key Responsibilities:
Earthworks: Lead the planning and execution of Earthworks activities, meticulously ensuring adherence to design specifications and stringent safety protocols. Manage excavation, embankment construction, and soil stabilization efforts to lay a robust foundation for rail infrastructure enhancements.
Concrete Structures: Take charge of the construction of vital Concrete Structures, including bridges, culverts, abutments, and retaining walls. Heavy Civils: Oversee the implementation of Heavy Civils operations, encompassing piling, deep foundations, ground improvement, and drainage systems. With meticulous attention to detail, ensure that every aspect of the project aligns with engineering specifications and regulatory requirements, driving progress towards key milestones.
Station Upgrades: Manage the transformation of railway stations, overseeing platform extensions, accessibility enhancements, structural upgrades, and facility refurbishments. Collaborate closely with architects, subcontractors, and stakeholders to create welcoming, efficient, and passenger-centric station environments.
Requirements:
Proven Expertise: Hold a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, coupled with a minimum of 3 years' experience in railway construction projects, with a focus on Earthworks, Concrete Structures, and Heavy Civils.
Technical Proficiency: Demonstrate proficiency in project management tools and software, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.
Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication and leadership skills, enabling effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders at all levels.
Safety Consciousness: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of health and safety regulations and industry best practices, championing a culture of safety on-site at all times.
