Role: Application Support Analyst (Payments software)
Location: Luton (with potential to become hybrid after probation period)
Salary: £30,000 – 35,000 + a comprehensive range of Employee Benefits

The Role:
excellent customer service and End User support to Users of various payments software applications, in a Service Level Agreement environment, (responding to and resolving User problems / issues).
a variety of user support queries across payments, BACS transfers, general ledger issues etc.
and resolve often complex customer issues that will require technical investigation.
with 3rd part suppliers of hardware and software to support reported faults where required.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:
Essential:
years’ experience working with payment software either as a Super User OR in an Application Support role.
software experience, (such as SAGE 200, BACS, ICON, Access, Civica Financials, Pay360 etc.
problem-solving skills, able to diagnose User issues and either resolve directly or escalate accordingly.
interest in IT / technology including Super-User level knowledge of any accounting / payments / Receipting software.
customer service skills.
written and verbal communication skills.
Desirable:
A basic understanding of SQL.
