Join a leading London Market Underwriter in its growing Change Management function as an experienced Business Change Project Manager and take on the exciting opportunity to deliver a variety of large-scale IT, Change and Business projects.
The Change Function's portfolio of insurance projects includes (but is not limited to) policy admin systems, claims solutions, data transformations, BluePrint 2.0, and exposure management.
An opportunity to be a part of a strong team of Project Managers, working together to find out-of-the-box solutions and deliver complex insurance projects.
About the role
Lead the successful delivery of complex projects that fulfil both business and technical needs.
Foster productive relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, both within and outside the company.
Ensure that project administration and documentation are accurately maintained.
Monitor project progress, deadlines, and budgets to ensure smooth execution.
Identify and mitigate potential risks to the project's success.
Skills and Experience
Proven experience delivering projects within the Lloyd's of London insurance market (3+ years)
Exceptional stakeholder management and communication abilities.
Demonstrated expertise in managing the full project life cycle.
Proven track record of managing multiple medium-large projects concurrently.
Proficiency in using agile and waterfall methodologies.
Working Model: 2 days in the office
