Job Description: As a Sales Negotiator, you will play a vital role in facilitating property sales and supporting our clients throughout the buying process. Your responsibilities will include:
Engaging with potential buyers, understanding their requirements, and matching them with suitable properties from our portfolio.
Conducting property viewings and showcasing the unique features and benefits of each property.
Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers to achieve successful sales outcomes.
Assisting in the preparation of property listings and marketing materials.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
Keeping up-to-date with the local property market and industry trends.
Requirements:
Previous experience in property sales is essential.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
A proactive and target-driven approach to sales.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Full driving license and access to a vehicle is preferred.
Working Hours and Holidays:
Monday to Friday: 8.45am to 5.30pm.
Saturdays: 9.00 am to 4.00 pm (1 in 2 Saturdays).
20 days of holiday per annum.
Holiday is not permitted a week either side of 1st July or mid-September to mid-December due to the busy student season.
The company does not generally open between Christmas and New Year.
Dress Code:
Business smart attire.
Salary and Benefits:
£15,000 plus generous commission
