Looking to work within an internal team where you can really get to know one set of IT infrastructure and user-base? Now they're going through another healthy period of growth, they would like to add an IT Support Technician to support their circa 300 users across Office 365 suite, hardware and laptop fixes.
The ideal candidate should possess demonstrable experience in customer service and technical support, having previously worked in client-facing roles.
They should be quick learners, capable of adhering to processes and procedures, with the ability to manage multiple open cases simultaneously. Attention to detail and a methodical approach are crucial.
Primary Responsibilities
Technical Assistance (both remote and on-site)
Investigating and diagnosing issues for office and field personnel.
Implementing solutions to address identified problems.
Documenting actions taken and findings.
Maintaining consistent communication with internal clients throughout the resolution process.
Escalating issues when necessary.
Managing various administrative tasks within Office 365 and Entra ID.
Continuously monitoring and maintaining systems as per established protocols.
