Job Description Overall Job Purpose
Supporting the Content Team with the conceptualisation, production and delivery of content across a range of clients, this role requires a social-first thinker with the ability to create impactful content (and have some fun along the way).
We’re looking for a social native with a positive, can-do attitude, who isn’t afraid to get stuck in. Being proactive and comfortable with working at speed is essential – the role will involve jumping on relevant trends and responding quickly to briefs to develop content for the likes of TikTok and Instagram.
Job Responsibilities
Collaborate with Content Team to brainstorm and develop engaging creative concepts that align with client briefs and objectives
Be involved at all stages of social-first content production, from shooting and audio recording through to editing (both in-app and finessing with added graphics, effects and music)
Tailor content to different channel best practices
Identify and react to relevant trends, pop culture stories and platform features/formats to create timely and shareable content
Independently manage personal workload to ensure deadlines are met
Stay mindful of client budgets and time restraints
Work within brand guidelines to maintain style / tone
Take insights and learnings from past content
