Job Elements
To create and revise costing data and assess the impact on the finished goods’ selling price on a quarterly basis.
To issue and update validated prices as and when changes are required.
Obtain and Analyse latest pricing information.
Create Cost Sheets using analysed data.
Compare and challenge all data before submission for customer validation.
Upload validated pricing data into the Sage system.
Create purchase price lists in Sage for all new components and raw materials.
What the company is looking for in the successful candidate:
Understanding of financial data management
G.C.S.E. Mathematics and English, grades A*-C (or equivalent).
Proficient in use of Microsoft Office software (especially Excel)
Understanding of supply chain and associated lead times.
Knowledge of Sage Databases, with particular reference to financial data
Knowledge of external Customer Technical Databases.
Experience of working in an FMCG, Cosmetics or Pharmaceutical environment
Strong numeral and analytical skills
Good written and verbal communication skills.
