Oversee property management, ensuring the smooth running of the department.
Responsible for managing and motivating the Property Manager.
Serve as the first point of contact for Tenants and Landlords post-let
Liase with tenants regarding maintenance and issues that arise
Contact landlords to discuss work required on their property
Handle work orders, including booking quotes, contractors, and suppliers.
Manage check-out and check-in processes, arranging any post-inspection work.
Oversee deposit negotiations and confirmations.
Manage keys, including the responsibility of distributing keys to contractors.
Manage void periods and associated works.
Associacted admin responsibilities and supporting the wider team when required.
The Ideal Candidate
Previous experience within a property management position
Strong attention to detail and highly organised
Able to prioritise and work efficiently at busy times
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Able to work under pressure in a busy environment
Competent using IT software
Working Hours
Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm and 1 in 3 Saturdays, 9am until 2pm
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
