As a CNC Miller Programmer, you'll take charge of programming tasks, ensuring precision and efficiency in the machining process. Working closely with the production team, you'll optimise machining strategies and uphold high-quality standards. Your role will involve troubleshooting any issues that arise during machining, demonstrating your problem-solving skills and technical expertise. Staying updated on industry trends and advancements in CNC machining technology will be crucial for enhancing performance and productivity. Additionally, you'll contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment, fostering continuous improvement and innovation.
Successful applicants MUST be able to demonstrate:
* Strong background in precision engineering machining complex parts for precision industries including Aerospace, Motorsport, Nuclear, MOD, Oil and Gas, among others
* Minimum of 3 years experience in setting, operating, and programming multi-axis CNC machines using both online and offline controls
