This is a fantastic opportunity to join an expanding casual dining group, your role will be to manage 6 popular sites. Develop menus, train, motivate and lead teams, help sites achieve KPI's with key logistics and strategy.
You will be people focused and want to develop your teams so your sites can perform at the highest level. You will oversee the recruitment and training process for key vacancies in your area and work closely with your front-of-house operators. Reporting to the operations director.
This is a great opportunity and will most likely suit an experienced operations chef or area chef with multi-site and fresh food experience.
About the Area Operations Chef role:
Experience in multi-site you will look after 6-7 sites, must have P&L exposure.
Weekly reporting to operations director
Hybrid working, some days will be from home.
Weekend work, this role will require some weekends.
Must drive, you will need to get to all sites.
Branded casual dining, you will be managing a successful menu.
People, you will be recruiting and training Chefs.
KPI's you will make sure all sites are working well and compliant.
