The primary responsibility of the IT Technical Engineer is to collaborate within a dynamic team, both internally and externally, to ensure seamless on-premise and remote IT support. This role also involves maintaining and repairing all computer systems and related resources across the business.

Key Responsibilities:
Act as a Microsoft 365 Infrastructure Engineer, proficient in deploying, managing, and supporting Microsoft 365 Platform solutions.
Conduct daily administration of the Microsoft 365 tenant, including licensing, compliance, and connectivity, ensuring optimal performance of Office 365 services.
Manage Firewall administration, LAN and WAN, and oversee the company's backup and Disaster Recovery systems.
Conduct regular security monitoring to identify and address potential intrusions, threats, or virus outbreaks.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with IT vendors/providers and hosted software vendors.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
5+ years of experience in IT Technical Engineering or related roles, with a solid understanding of IT tools and concepts.
Demonstrated expertise in Azure AD, EndPoint Manager, Teams, SharePoint, VoIP, Firewall, Antivirus, Backup and DR Provision, LAN/WAN Management, and iOS.
Relevant Further or Higher Education qualification in IT.
Ability to work full-time at our Manchester Head Office.
