The Senior Construction Project Manager Role
The successful Senior Construction Project Manager will provide crucial leadership across a diverse range of commercial development projects, including office spaces, retail locations, and industrial units. The Senior Construction Project Manager
Ideal candidates will possess a robust background in construction project management, particularly within the commercial or infrastructure sectors. Essential qualifications and skills include:
A degree in Project Management or Quantity Surveying from a recognised institution.
Accreditation from relevant industry bodies such as RICS, CIOB, or APM is highly desirable.
A strong track record in a consultancy or developer environment, showcasing substantial experience in managing large-scale projects.
Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage and inspire project teams.
