Day to day
You will be visible, directing the operation and viewing the operation from a guests perspective continually to makes sure that standards are maintained and commercially every opportunity is capitalised on.
Expecting what you inspect. Your team of managers are very clear on what is expected of them across all functions from finance, sales and marketing, compliance, standards, food and beverage and guest services.
Constantly communicating and spreading best practice you will be overseeing standards and delivering the quality of product and execution of the operation that our client is known for by its guests.
