To deliver informative and engaging presentations to internal and external stakeholders
Qualitative and quantitative evaluation
Conduct social return on investment (SROI) or cost-benefit analysis (CBA) for evaluations.

Cost-benefit analysis
Skills & Experience: 1-3 years of experience of working in the areas of social research and/or quantitative analysis is required.
Have a keen interest in the development, implementation and impact of public policy.
Be able to analyse and interpret data efficiently and accurately.
Be able to write clear and informative reports.
Have the potential to influence clients, generate income and write proposals.
Be self-starting and motivated.
Knowledge of policy development, service/project management and/or evaluation with a keen interest in one or more of the following areas: Education and training
Children and young people services
Family support services
Health and social care sector.
Good understanding of mixed methods research
Good research skills, use of quantitative packages such as Excel, Stata, SNAP or R and/or qualitative packages such as NVivo
Write reports that clearly explain analysis and results.
Potential to influence clients, generate income, and write proposals.
A relevant degree is preferred but not essential.
UK Driving licence and access to your own vehicle is preferred but not essential.
