The Role
As a Digital Marketing Coordinator, you'll be playing a pivotal part enhancing the digital marketing strategy and driving conversions. This is a fast-paced environment and you’ll be playing a crucial role in managing and developing the company’s website, optimising for SEO, planning and executing successful e-marketing and SMS campaigns to their database and providing insightful reports on website and digital marketing performance.
Key Duties:
Managing accurate and engaging website content via CMS
Optimising website content for SEO
Manage accurate portal listings e.g. Rightmove, Zoopla
Managing and running e-mail marketing and SMS campaigns
Analysing digital marketing performance
Managing effective social media content via agency partners
Working collaboratively and briefing agency partners such as graphic designers and web developers
Skills and Experience
B2C digital marketing experience or qualification
An understanding of website best practice including SEO, CRO, UX and GA4
Knowledge and experience in website Open Source CMS systems such as Wordpress
Experience running E-marketing campaigns via platforms such as Spotler, Hubspot or Mailchimp
Knowledge and broad understanding of HTML and email performance analytics
Basic IT skills (Powerpoint, Word, Excel, Google Docs, Sharepoint)
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Excellent organisational skills and ability to be proactive and work under pressure
Good time management skills and proven ability to manage various stakeholders at a time
A good knowledge of the construction and residential property industry
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
