Job Purpose
Lead tax computations for a significant client portfolio and oversee the tax compliance process.
Delivering trusted advisory and technical knowledge.
Build trusted and long-lasting client relationships, being their go-to senior advisor.
Oversee the work of the tax team, ensuring expectations, deadlines, and budgets are being met.
Provide strong people management skills, managing workflow and mentoring junior staff.
Communicate technical matters in an easy-to-understand way.
Work closely with Partners on complex tax planning and advisory.
Review efficiencies and recommend new processes to improve workflow.
Drive the tax function’s strategic direction by scoping new business opportunities and identifying new service lines for the existing portfolio.
Set an example to the team as a hands-on and proactive Partner Designate.

Strong leadership skills with a natural ability to inspire those around you.
