We are currently seeking an experience HR professional to join a small but friendly HR team in York.

WHAT YOU WILL WANT TO KNOW
Up to £36,000
Monday - Friday 9am-5pm (can be slightly flexible).
Permanent.
Central location with free onsite parking and very well connected with public transport.
Great, supportive team to be part of.
A SNAPSHOT OF THE DAY
Support the HR team to deliver an efficient and proactive service across the organisation.
Provide support to managers with advice and guidance whilst adhering to policies and procedures already in place.
Deliver specialist knowledge and advice for Employee Relations queries and issues. Referring complex cases when necessary.
Managing all Employee Relations cases.
Support the wider HR team where necessary.
Assist in the development and training.
Support in organisational change.
DOES THIS SOUND LIKE A GOOD FIT FOR YOU? Please read on for the essential skills our client is hoping you will be able to showcase:
Experience working in a similar role.
Minimum Level 5 CIPD Qualified.
Very good understanding of employment law and employee relations.
Experience within healthcare would be a very distinct advantage.
