The Company:
ER Recruitment are working exclusively with Leicestershire based charity, Lamp, who are passionate about the local community and giving a voice to all people whose lives are affected by mental health throughout Leicester, Leicestershire & Rutland.

Role & Responsibilities of the Chief Executive Officer:
* Strategic planning alongside the Board of Trustees and delivery of the annual budget and business plan
* Report to, and work closely with, the Board of Trustees to seek their involvement in policy decisions, fundraising, and to increase the overall visibility of the organisation.
* Establishing appropriate policies and procedures for all functions and for the day-to-day operation of the organisation.
