The opportunity
HR Operations Manager Shared Services
We are recruiting for a large employer in the West Midland area for a HR Ops Manager Shared Services to join them on a permanent basis.
Salary is £60,000 basic + £650 a month travel allowance.
Hybrid working - 3 days on site, 2 days WFH
Oversee all HR operations activities, ensuring smooth and efficient processes are in place.
Will ensure a smooth operational process for Human Resources
Lead a team of HR professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities.
Oversee the maintenance and utilisation of the HRIS system.
Hands operational HR leadership
Support management on Employee Relations matters and case management.
Provide guidance and support on employee relations matters, conducting investigations as necessary.
Person specification
Essential experience
Notable HR Operations Management Shared Services experience is essential.
Demonstrated ability to drive HR process improvement and lead change in a fast-paced environment.
Strong experience with Employee Relations.
The ability to build trust with stakeholders.
Strong understanding of HR processes
