My client provides an advisory service, specialising in finance related consulting for their network of clients who are based across the globe. As an integrated team, my client shares skills, insight and resources, as well as a client-centric approach that is based on a deep understanding of their clients’ business, empowering them to move forward with confidence and realise their full potential. THE ROLE Governance and the decision-making frameworks it underpins are the foundations of trust within a my clients organisation. They are hiring for dynamic and detail focused Contract Support Executive for this newly created position. Their governance structure is formalised, detailed and intended to support growth and ability to successfully serve clients. The business and their network work as a whole and directly with Senior Leaders and Senior Partners to implement the constitutional processes and provide company secretarial support. Monitor and respond to emails related to legal and compliance matters
Draft a range of legal documents and contracts
Assist in managing and updating database and records
Maintain tracker spreadsheets, updating key information along the way
Monitor and respond to emails from legal counsel
Create, send and track documents for digital signature
Create, send and track surveys throughout the year
Collating information and preparing papers
General internet research
Provide general administrative support including arranging meetings and calls
THE PERSON Educated to degree level
A qualification or training related to corporate governance or company secretarial skills would be beneficial
As a global organisation, a second language would be welcomed
Experience working in a corporate governance or company secretarial function
A passion for excellence and attention to detail is essential, with the ability to produce high quality, accurate work to tight timescales
Strong oral and written communication skills
Tech savvy including good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Excellent organisational and time management
Ability to work on your own initiative and have a ‘can-do’ attitude
Proactive, reliable and discreet
Ability to perform high quality work involving more than one assignment concurrently
Ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
