Responsibilities:
Proactively manage a mixed caseload of client matters involving all aspects of wills, trusts, tax, estate and succession planning
Provide clients with top quality legal advice that meets their needs entirely
Preparing Powers of Attorney
Advising clients on basic Inheritance Tax Planning
Advise clients fully on the broader implications of all transactions or advice given
Be self-sufficient in the administration of estates including intestacy
Work closely with the team to help achieve the firm’s fee targets
