What will you do?
In this role you will advise individuals mainly across the South West on broad matters to include:
Estate planning
Wills
Trusts
Power of Attorney matters
Tax
IHT
You will be joining one of the county’s largest and most ambitious firms/teams, and your clients will be of mixed wealth to include those of a high net worth nature
What will you need?
Solicitors and legal executives ideally with at least two years’ experience within private client are encouraged to apply
You will have handled your own caseload and be used to working to high quality standards
Having either ACTAPS or STEP membership would be an advantage but certainly not essential - The firm will support you in gaining these memberships if you wish
This is a very supportive team, and you will be encouraged to work together to continually build on an already very strong reputation
This role can be offered on a full-time or part-time basis with a competitive salary.
